Dr. Natalie Snow is a Principal at VOSAVIS and an Assistant Professor of Criminology and Criminal Justice whose work focuses on Indigenous-led research, intimate partner violence (IPV), and trauma- and violence-informed practice. As a scholar-practitioner, she brings a unique blend of frontline victim services experience, policy expertise, and academic research to support communities, organizations, and governments in addressing gender-based violence.
Dr. Snow has worked extensively with First Nations organizations, including the Chiefs of Ontario, leading research frameworks, program evaluations, and stakeholder engagement grounded in OCAP principles and community-based participatory research. Her work at VOSAVIS centers around helping organizations build meaningful partnerships with Indigenous Rights Holders and capacity building with Indigenous-led organizations.
