Natalie is a criminologist and senior researcher with over a decade of experience across academia, government, and the nonprofit sector, specializing in gender-based violence, Indigenous justice, victimization, and trauma‑informed policy and program evaluation. She has held senior research and policy roles with organizations such as the Chiefs of Ontario and Indigenous Services Canada, and has led and contributed to large‑scale mixed‑methods studies, program evaluations, and knowledge mobilization initiatives with government, Indigenous organizations, and community partners.
